Reporting to theRegionalManagerNSW you will lead a skilled operational team and oversee all aspects of the aggregation balancingoperationalplanning with hands-on leadership tomaximise productivityprofitabilityand long-term sustainability.

WhatYoullDo
- Lead day-to-day operations of a large-scale broadacre croppingand stockenterprise to deliver strong outcomes.
- Develop and implement seasonal and long-term operational plans aligned withWilgasstrategic goals.
- Leadandcontribute todevelopmentprojects managing resources timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery and support operational excellence.
- Oversee the use care and maintenance of fixed and mobile assetsincluding a modern fleet.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of safetyand high performance.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience managing medium to large-scale mixed farming or broadacre cropping operations
- Strong knowledge of croppinglivestockand farm business management
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams
- Financial managementbudgetingand planning capability
- Strong communication organisational and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to safety continuousimprovementand operational excellence
