Agentic Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy AI-powered agentic workflow solutions that combine multiple specialised AI agents business rules enterprise tools and organisational data sources to solve complex business problems.
• Build intelligent orchestration layers that manage agent routing state decision-making tool selection and workflow execution across complex business processes.
• Translate business requirements and domain knowledge into scalable AI workflows agent behaviours and decision logic that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms REST APIs knowledge bases databases and other internal systems to enable end-to-end automation.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs that support asynchronous processing streaming interactions and production-grade AI applications.
• Design implement and maintain reliable AI systems that are observable resilient and capable of operating effectively in production environments.
• Optimise prompt engineering strategies prompt lifecycle management and LLM performance while balancing quality latency and operational cost.
• Implement evaluation frameworks monitoring logging and observability to continuously improve AI solution quality and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers Architects Engineers Data teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver practical AI solutions.

Qualifications :

Experience Desired 

• Experience designing and building AI-powered workflows that combine multiple specialised agents business rules tools and enterprise data sources.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration state management routing tool use and workflow reliability in production environments.
• Ability to translate complex business processes and domain logic into effective agent behaviours decision flows and user outcomes.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems including REST APIs data platforms and knowledge sources into AI-driven workflows.
• Strong backend engineering capability with experience building scalable asynchronous services that support streaming interactions and production workloads.
• Experience taking AI solutions through the full delivery lifecycle including development testing deployment monitoring and operational support.
• Understanding of prompt design externalised prompt management evaluation observability and the cost/performance trade-offs of running LLM workloads at scale.
• Experience collaborating with product engineering and domain stakeholders to turn emerging AI capabilities into reliable business solutions.

Technology Experience (nice to have)

• LangGraph LangChain or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Python FastAPI asynchronous programming and SSE streaming.
• Amazon Bedrock and AWS services such as ECS Fargate S3 DynamoDB and Athena.
• Docker AWS CDK or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience deploying and operating production agentic AI workloads in AWS or comparable cloud environments.
