The newly created opportunities

• Opportunities to work part-time (minimum 2 days) or full-time across residential aged care facilities in metro Sydney

• Report into a Senior Clinical Pharmacist and be part of a rich clinical environment with Nurses Physiotherapists Speech Pathologists and Dieticians
• Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews
• Participate in family case conferences
• Provide education and training to staff
• Be involved in clinical governance including conducting audits and contributing to policy and procedures

About you

• A Bachelor of Pharmacyand current registration with AHPRA
• Medication Management Review (MMR) and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling

• Excellent communication skills able to develop productive relationships and enjoy working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Proactive driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector

• NDIS clearance and 2026 Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
