We areseekingan enthusiastic and values-drivenAFLSportsReadyTrainee Justice and Youth Ministryto support the delivery of justice initiatives and youth ministry programs while completing a nationally recognised traineeship qualification. This role is ideal for someone interested in ministry community services education or youth work.

As a Justice and Youth Ministry Trainee you will:

• Support the planning and delivery of justice service and youth ministry programs

• Assistwith liturgies retreats reflection days and community service activities

• Support student leadership and social justice initiatives

• Provide administrative and organisational support to the Justice and Youth Ministry team

• Assistwith excursions events and partnerships with community organisations

• Develop workplace skills while completing your traineeship qualification

We are looking for:

• Compassionate organised and motivated to support young people and community-focused initiatives

• A genuine interest in justice youth ministry or community service

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and engage in a school environment

• A respectful reliable and proactive approach to work
