As an Advisory Presales Solution Consultant youll work alongside account teams to help some of Australias biggest organisations solve real business problems on the ServiceNow AI Platform. Youll guide customers from the first conversation to confident decisions and youll have the room to try bold ideas learn fast and make an impact that shows.

What you will do

• Wow our customers: Dig into the challenges behind transformation efficiency regulation and resilience and shape solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build to show not tell: Use ServiceNows own tools to create live tailored demos and prototypes that bring a customers scenario to life. Skip the slide deck and let the platform do the talking.
• Advise executives: Hold regular conversations with senior leaders and help them define outcomes and business value.
• Shape strategy: Partner with sales colleagues on account and contribute to opportunity planning.
• Experiment with AI: Prototype AI and agentic workflows test whats possible and show customers where it can take them.
• Lead proofs of value: Run POV and POC cycles and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Win as a team: Work across Sales Product Professional Services and partners and hand over well so customers are set up for success.
• Stay hungry: Keep up with product releases roadmaps and the competitive landscape and share what you learn with your peers.
• Represent ServiceNow: Speak at executive briefings events and webinars.

Qualifications :

What you bring

• Experience in presales consulting solution architecture or a similar hands-on role in enterprise technology
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and a knack for storytelling strong demonstration and presentation skills
• A love of building: youre happiest when youre making something work and showing someone what it can do
• Hands on experience with AI automation or low code tools and an interest in the evolving AI landscape
• Real curiosity and a low ego always learning mindset. You dont need to know the platform yet but youll want to learn it fast
• The ability to translate business needs into clear compelling solutions
• A collaborative style that lifts the people around you
   

Desirable

• ServiceNow platform workflow & ITSM experience
• Industry knowledge in key Australian sectors such as financial services government telco resources or retail
