Adventure Travel Specialist - Remote
Were looking for a Adventure Travel Specialist to join our team and help people turn their adventure travel dreams into reality.
What Youll Do
- Connect with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budgets.
- Book seamless journeys via email chat and phonetransforming inquiries into confirmed trips with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Resolve issues quickly turning concerns into happy outcomes and ensuring smooth travel from booking to homecoming.
- Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize support for future bookings.
- Optimize response funnels minimizing delays and boosting client satisfaction scores.
- Nurture post-booking relationships ensuring clients feel supported before during and after every trip.
- Deliver high-touch service with empathy expertise and a genuine smile.

- Travel industry savvy (preferred not required zero experience also welcomed)
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
