Job Summary
This is a newly created position based at PRFS (Perth Region Field Services) Canning Vale which will support business and administrative functions across the Inspection Services Team including tasks related to work planning scheduling investigation assessment and customer engagement.

What the role will involve
Provide administrative support to the Team Leader including report preparation and document management
Scheduling and coordination of work using the electronic booking system
Preparation of job information packs for assigned jobs or as requested
Establishing strong internal and external customer networks and assist in maintaining a point of contact for the team
Generation of monthly reports for the Team Leader
About you
You will have a Certificate IV in Business Administration or considerable experience in a similar rile within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation
You will have advanced administrative computing (MS suite SAP) and organisational (planning and scheduling) skills
Ideally you will have knowledge of water sewer and drainage systems and experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans
