Administrative Officer, Nursing and Midwifery
Job Summary
This is a dynamic fast-paced role suited to a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in supporting education delivery contributing to process improvements coordinating committees and engaging with stakeholders across the School College and University.
In this role you will:
- Provide high-quality administrative support for teaching and learning activities across nursing and midwifery programs
- Collaborate with academic and professional staff to support key education processes including accreditation course and program revisions enrolments timetabling documentation of final student results
- Support School committees through meeting coordination agenda preparation minutes and tracking actions
- Provide clear advice on policies systems and processes to support effective education delivery
- Respond to enquiries from students staff and the public ensuring timely accurate and customer-focused service
This ongoing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land) with occasional travel to Central Coast Gosford Hospital Campus (Darkinjung land).

You will have:
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using corporate systems
- A collaborative approach and commitment to service excellence
The remuneration for this position is Higher Education Worker Level 5 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
