Are you a highly organised administrator who enjoys supporting students families and staff while contributing to a flourishing College communityMercedes College is seeking an experienced and approachable Administrative Officer (ESO4) to join our Administration l is an exciting opportunity for a capable administrator who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment enjoys building positive relationships and delivering exceptional administrative and customer service opportunity offers:Permanent ESO4 position under the South Australian Catholic Schools Enterprise Agreement37.5 hours per week across 41 weeks of the yearA diverse role combining reception executive administrative support and operational coordinationThe opportunity to work closely with students families/caregivers community and College leadershipAbout UsMercedes College is a Catholic co-educational Reception to Year 12 International Baccalaureate World School in the Mercy tradition located in Springfield South by our vision to be a sustainable internationally minded world-class school we develop creative and critical thinkers who become leaders for community is defined by belonging high expectations and genuine relationships and we live our Mercy Values of Compassion Loyalty Justice Integrity Responsibility and Mutual Respect in the way we work and interact with students families and each the RoleThe Administrative Officer is a pivotal member of the Administration team who serves as a key point of contact for students families community and will provide high-quality administrative reception and operational support that contributes to the smooth day-to-day running of the Colleges offices and provide direct executive administrative support to the Head of Junior School and other leadership role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety takes pride in being highly organised and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to further details please refer to the Position Information responsibilities include:Providing advanced administrative and operational support to College leaders including the Head of Junior SchoolUndertake routine organisational activities including calendar/diary management meeting and appointment professional and welcoming reception services to students families visitors and and coordinating correspondence reports presentations meeting documentation (agendas and minutes) and other College student administration processes including attendance management student record maintenance and family with reporting budgeting purchasing planning activities and general office and supporting College events projects operational initiatives and community administrative support across the College as required to ensure effective day-to-day role requires flexibility to undertake occasional work outside standard hours to support College events activities and community YouYou are a calm capable and dependable administrator who enjoys working with students families and staff and contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture.
