Position Details:

  • Commencement date: 7 September 2026

This role requires an early start with working hours of either 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Start and finish times may be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Transition Arrangement

This position has been designed to support the continued growth of our St Catherine Campus. Until the end of the current school year the successful applicant will primarily support operations and events at St Clare Campus (Greenvale). From the commencement of 2027 school year the role will transition to the St Catherine Campus (Mickleham) where the full range of responsibilities including campus operations will be based.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide executive support to the Deputy Principal Campus Director and campus leadership team including calendar management correspondence meetings reports and stakeholder liaison.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the campus including staff absences Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs) daily organisation rosters examinations excursions and operational planning.
  • Manage campus events and transport logistics including planning venue and resource bookings catering bus coordination and maintaining the campus calendar.
  • Administer student information systems and records ensuring accurate management of student data attendance excursions permissions and compliance with College policies and privacy requirements.
  • Provide operational and administrative support across the College including supporting reception and student services during periods of leave or peak demand while fostering positive relationships with staff students families and external stakeholders.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position you will have the following:

  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee) or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.
  • Current valid National Police Check.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple deadline and competing demands.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students parents and staff.
  • Professional telephone and customer service etiquette.
  • A high level of literacy numeracy and information technology skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • The ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality when dealing with privileged information.
  • Experience in a school setting and familiarity with the Synergetic school management system are highly desirable.
