Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School in the Lasallian tradition located in Castle Hill NSW. The College has an enrolment of approximately 2250 students with boys in Years 7 to 10 and a co-educational setting in Years 11 and 12. The role
Reporting to the Administration Manager the Administration Assistant Services plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of College events and operational services. The position provides administrative logistical and coordination support across a wide range of activities helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the College.
- Contribute to a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Assist with planning scheduling and coordinating College events
- Manage event logistics workflows approvals and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate suppliers contractors catering and venue bookings
- Prepare event documentation resources and communications
- Obtain quotes and support procurement processes
- Process invoices receipts and expense tracking
- Create and manage events through TASS and/or TryBooking
- Support purchasing of stationery and operational supplies
- Manage mail-outs deliveries and lost property processes
- Provide relief support to front-of-house administration staff when required
- Deliver high-quality administrative support across Services functions and assist during peak periods and staff absences.
