About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week Monday to Friday) based at our Tamworth site.
As an Administration Support Manager you will lead a team of Administration Support Officers driving high-quality administrative services and employer engagement activities across our sites. Working closely with site teams and local employers you will help create employment opportunities for customers oversee post placement support for employers and wage subsidy administration and ensure services are delivered in line with contractual compliance and quality requirements.

About You:
You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual with:
- Sound knowledge of contract-related financial processing requirements quality standards and contractual compliance or a willingness to develop this knowledge
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships influence and negotiate effectively
- Ability to manage conflict and achieve positive outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build maintain and strengthen professional relationships with internal stakeholders
- Previous experience in administration customer service financial or compliance roles
- Previous leadership experience or the ability to lead coach and develop a team
