Administration & Support Coordinator
Job Summary
Were looking for an organised and proactive Administration & Support Coordinator to join our Allied Health team and provide essential administrative and client support across our Podiatry Speech Pathology and Dietetics services.
This is a varied role where youll work closely with clinicians residential aged care facilities finance teams and internal stakeholders to keep our processes running smoothly and ensure clients receive the right support.
Day to Day!
- Liaising with residential aged care facilities clinicians practice managers and internal teams via phone and email
- Managing CDM referrals Medicare billing validation data entry and client records
- Supporting therapist scheduling rostering and clinician systems including Zanda and equipment ordering
- Preparing reports and data to support business performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Providing general administrative and project support to the Operations team including working with Finance and Accounts to resolve billing queries
Lets talk about you!
You will have previous administration experience strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills and excellent written and verbal communication. You will be confident using Microsoft Office managing data and learning new systems and databases. You will have strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities work independently and contribute to a team. Experience in healthcare Allied Health or database administration is desirable but not essential.
