Our Transition Home service in Bunbury supports people living with disability and those requiring mental health support as they transition from hospital to home.
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Administration Officer to provide essential operational and administrative support to our Transition Home Manager and Team of Support Workers. You will have regular interactions with our customers their families and other local providers.

What youll do
- Act as a professional first point of contact for customers families team members and external stakeholders responding to enquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and produce accurate timely minutes that capture key discussions actions and outcomes.
- Support the completion maintenance and quality assurance of customer documentation support plans and service records.
- Compile monitor and maintain data for reporting compliance and audit requirements ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate confidently and respectfully across multiple platforms including Outlook Teams phone and email adapting your communication style to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
What youll bring
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role ideally within disability community health aged care or human services environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and inclusively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven experience preparing meeting agendas and taking accurate minutes.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and experience working across multiple systems and platforms.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships with customers colleagues and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Empathy resilience and an understanding of working within a customer-focused support environment.
(Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry well help guide you through this.)
