The Opportunity

Temporary opportunity to join our high performing and very supportive divisional coordination this role you will provide a broad range of administrative and coordination activities to support the delivery of key strategic projects and policy objectives. You will manage the divisional diary and the Directors diaries ensuring priorities meetings and commitments are well coordinated. The role also liaises with internal cross agency and inter-jurisdictional committees to organise meeting logistics finalising agendas and papers

About the team

Divisional Coordination Branch

Sitting within our Policy Programs and Finance Division the divisional coordination team provides high level administrative and strategic support to the division the Executive Director and the Directors. The team manages ministerial briefings business planning governance risk and compliance records management staff onboarding and key operational services across the division.
