About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer - Office of the Chief Executive to provide efficient professional and confidential administrative support to the Executive Assistant - Office of the Chief Executive.
The role supports effective office coordination communication financial administration meeting coordination and workplace operations to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Office of the Chief Executive.
This position also undertakes Reception duties for the Cairns office of Apunipima Cape York Health Council.

Pre-employment screening for vaccination against Vaccine Preventable Diseases will be conducted for the successful applicant.



Skills And Experiences

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Current Blue Card positive notice or exemption or willing and able to obtain prior to commencement
  • Current Queensland Drivers Licence
  • National Police Check within the last 3 months or willing and able to obtain prior to commencement
  • Certificate IIIin Business Administration
  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a medium to large organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and organising meetings workshops including managing travel logistics
