About the Role:

Join the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network as an Administration Officer and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of important mental health programs and this dynamic and rewarding position youll provide high-quality confidential administrative support while working alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to making a positive difference in the community.

What Were Looking For:

Essential Criteria

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and with consumers.
  • Proven administrative experience including document preparation meeting coordination reception duties records management and office support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook) and experienced in managing administrative systems and information.
  • Ability to work independently manage competing priorities solve problems and contribute positively to a team environment.
  • Understanding of mental health and Aboriginal culture with experience working with Aboriginal consumers and a commitment to culturally appropriate consumer-focused service delivery.

Desired Criteria

  • Qualifications in Office Administration Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience supporting business improvement projects within mental health healthcare or human services environments.
  • Knowledge of health administration systems medical records telehealth platforms and relevant administrative policies and procedures.
