What Youll Be Doing
Welcoming clients and managing reception calls enquiries and deliveries
Providing general administrative support including document preparation and filing
Assisting project teams with proposals documentation and meeting notes
Coordinating meetings room setup travel bookings and basic logistics
Supporting office operations including supplies facilities and day-to-day upkeep
Liaising with suppliers and maintaining a professional office environment
Assisting across teams as needed while always maintaining confidentiality
What Youll Bring
3 years experience in administration office coordination or a similar support role
Experience within engineering construction or professional services environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Professional friendly and confident communicator
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail with the capacity to prioritise tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Adobe Teams)
Strong formatting and data entry capability
A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
