The Role
Were looking for an organised andcustomerfocusedAdministration Officer to support daily operations across our this roleyoullkeep our office running smoothly by managing admin tasks financialprocessesand resident documentationall while delivering excellent service to residentsfamiliesand staff.
The key focus of the role will be to:
Providedaytodayadministrative and data entry support
Assistwith rostering new employee setup and invoices
Coordinate resident admissions andmaintainaccuraterecords
Support recruitmentand onboarding processes
To be Successful
Recent and strong experience in an Administration role (aged care or healthcare desirable)
Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
Strong data entry and MS Office skills
Great communicationorganisationand attention todetail
Valid working rights in Australia
Prior to commencement - complete aNational PoliceCheckand or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
