Job Summary
Reporting to the Health Services Manager this role is the first point of contact for stakeholders and plays a key part in keeping our health service running smoothly. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling appointments coordinating staff travel and accommodation maintaining records and liaising with internal and external health providers.
This position requires high attention to detail excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and business systems support for the day-to-day operations of the health service.
- Manage incoming enquiries (phone email face-to-face) professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate appointments room bookings and health-related scheduling (onsite offsite and telehealth).
- Maintain detainee records and ensure accurate data entry in electronic health systems.
- Arrange external health provider appointments transport and follow-up requirements.
- Support staff orientation accommodation and travel needs.
- Prepare reports maintain KPI data and support quality improvement activities.
- Manage office facilities supplies and equipment servicing.
Lets talk about you!
You will bring previous experience in administration or office support with strong communication and interpersonal skills excellent organisation and time management intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills a proactive and solution-focused approach strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with databases and records management will be highly regarded.
