About the role:
The Administration Assistant will provide timely and efficient administrative support in relation to program and support services processes including overseeing the reception area.
The Administration Assistant is a member of the NSW Services Unit and reports to the Executive assistant to the director of Metro Sydney Metro North and Metro South.
This is a Permanent opportunity based in Wollongong NSW within our Support Services program. The position reports to the Executive Assistant to the Director of Metro Sydney Metro North and Metro South.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certificate II or III in Business Administration
- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative capacity
- A commitment to a high level of customer service including the ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise produce work of a high quality and consistently meet deadlines

You must have a:
- Valid and current Drivers Licence;
- Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop);
- Valid Employee Working with Children Check;
- Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check (for risk assessed / client facing roles). MacKillop can assist successful candidates with their application.
