Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrationand Client Support Officer to join our Service Support team and contribute tothe wider organisation by providing high-quality reception and administrativesupport. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of servicesacross Parkerville Children and Youth Care supporting the children youngpeople and families we serve many of whom have been impacted by trauma fromabuse.
This is a part-time permanentposition (0.8 FTE four days per week). The position is based at our Armadaleoffice with occasional ad hoc coverage at our Midland and Rockingham sitesduring staff leave.
About you
Join our team and providehigh-quality reception and administrative support that helps our services runsmoothly. As the first point of contact for clients families and visitorsyou will manage calls appointments and enquiries with professionalism andcare.
The Administration and ClientSupport Officer plays a vital role in delivering high-quality administrativeand customer support services across the organisation. This position exists toensure the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day administrativefunctions supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders. As a keymember of the Client Services & Administration Team you will provideprofessional responsive and efficient service to staff clients thecommunity and partners.
Youll also assist theService Support Coordinator and the broader team with a range of administrativetasks including meeting minutes documentation and office coordinationcontributing to a positive and well-organised workplace.
Youll bring:
- A qualification in Business Administration or a minimum of two years administrative experience in a trauma-related field (clinical health or community services setting preferred).
- Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and a trauma-informed approach.
- Highly organised able to multitask prioritise and meet deadlines.
