Job Summary
Were seeking an energetic and inspiring Activities Manager to lead our Activities team and create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll oversee the delivery of our resort activity program including VIK Club experiences beach activities games water-based activities and guest experiences. Youll bring creativity organisation and a strong focus on safety while supporting your team to deliver fun engaging and seamless experiences every day.

What youll be doing:
- Lead coach and support the Activities team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and coordinate engaging activities including VIK Club programs beach games crafts trivia and resort experiences
- Create memorable experiences for children families groups and conference guests
- Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate Tipi builds and support unique event experiences for guests and clients
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling equipment safety and presentation standards
- Maintain a strong focus on guest safety risk management and WHS compliance
- Work closely with other departments to support events group experiences and seasonal activities
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the activity offering
- Build a positive team culture focused on energy creativity and genuine hospitality
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who brings:
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality resorts recreation childcare education or a similar guest-focused environment
- Experience creating or delivering activities for children and families highly regarded
- A natural ability to engage with people and create memorable experiences
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A hands-on proactive approach with a passion for outdoor and active environments
- Strong understanding of safety practices and guest wellbeing
- Current Working with Children Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work weekends school holidays and varied hours as required
