ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Paid Search and Programmatic Coordinator you will support the Paid Search and Programmatic Manager and Specialists in executing always-on and brand campaign activity across Cotton On Group. Working across eight global markets youll help implement and optimise paid search and programmatic campaigns to drive sales improve ROAS and deliver key business objectives. This includes managing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads supporting programmatic video activity on platforms such as YouTube and Spotify and coordinating product feed management including health checks and troubleshooting disapprovals within Google Merchant Center.

Youll play a key role in monitoring campaign performance analysing results and generating insights that support ongoing optimisation and channel growth. Using tools such as GA4 and platform reporting interfaces youll prepare performance reports support weekly year-on-year reporting across multiple markets and ensure campaign budgets and pacing are on track. Working closely with internal stakeholders creative teams and agency partners youll coordinate creative asset requirements support campaign delivery and help ensure all activity is executed seamlessly and on time.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Some experience in paid search programmatic or digital marketing including agency experience
Hands-on experience in Google Ads preferred; exposure to SA360 Google Merchant Center or a DSP platform desirable.
Familiarity with GA4 or similar web analytics platforms for performance reporting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable owning defined tasks and campaign workflows with minimal supervision.
Action-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced multi-brand multi-market environment.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
