Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior Finance Manager Retirement Assets your duties will include:Ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and reconciliations Maintaining compliance with accounts payable and expenditure policies Resolving invoice scanning and data interpretation issues escalating when required Supporting weekly supplier payment cycles Supporting weekly payment runsManaging credit card processes performing monthly reconciliations and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial recordsMonitoring and reconciling vendor statements resolving discrepancies Assisting with corporate credit card and expense claim reconciliations Coordinating with purchasing and receiving teams to verify authorised purchases Supporting accurate and timely financial reporting Contributing to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve accounts payable processesAbout YouRelevant tertiary qualification in Accounting Finance Business or Commerce Qualified as a CA or CPA or actively working towards certificationFundamental knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting Minimum 3 years experience in accounting and/or highvolume transactional environments Experience with journals reconciliations and general ledger maintenance Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office especially ExcelStrong ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders Ready for Your Next Chapter at KeytonIf youre driven by accuracy efficiency and supporting our finance team through strong accounts payable practices wed welcome your submit your resume and cover letter to the link your cover letter kindly highlight your interest in the Accounts Payable Analyst role and detail how your skills and qualifications align with our note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check & will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of May-November with supporting documentation prior to joining.
