The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager youll be part of a hands-on team responsible for keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes of a growing national business.
This is not just data entry this is a role where attention to detail accountability and initiative matter.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Perform bank supplier and credit card reconciliations
Manage invoice purchase order and financial data entry
Maintain financial records and filing systems
Support month-end and year-end processes
Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
Assist with audits and compliance requirements
Support evolving finance functions including payroll (future scope)
Do YOU possess the skills we need
Proven experience in Accounts Bookkeeping or Finance Admin
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid understanding of financial processes
Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite highly regarded)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability
Ability to work autonomously and hit deadlines
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
