Job Summary

Accounts Admin Onsite Caulfield Head Office Full Time

Connect2Care is seeking a full-time Accounts Administration Officer to join our Head Office team in Caulfield. As a community-based NDIS provider we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our growing finance and administration functions. This onsite role is ideal for someone with experience in accounts administration plan management or the NDIS sector who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable functions including daily bank reconciliations debtor follow-up payment allocation and collections
  • Perform daily quality checks of therapist invoices
  • Conduct daily quality checks of reports relating to therapy services
  • Liaise with therapists and administration staff regarding invoicing and billing queries
  • Process customer credit card payments via EWAY
  • Review and process customer refund requests
  • Respond to internal and external accounts enquiries including complaints
  • Manage accounts email inbox and phone enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records within the company CRM




Requirements

Requirements

  • PRODA access (Preferred)
  • NDIS experience (Preferred)


Highly Desirable

  • Experience using Xero
  • Payroll experience (role may expand to include payroll responsibilities)
