As we continue to expand and evolve were looking for an Account Manager - Supermarkets to join our Supply Chain team and help drive the next chapter of Grillds retail growth.

Reporting to the GM of Supply Chain this role will play a key part in growing Grillds expanding FMCG portfolio across major supermarket channels.

With our delicious patties and famous sauces already available nationally in Coles and exciting expansion opportunities ahead youll take ownership of key customer relationships drive commercial performance and help unlock new growth opportunities across our retail business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is hungry for more ownership and ready to take the lead on their own range build customer relationships and help shape the future growth of Grillds retail business. Youll gain exposure to senior leaders and work directly with major retailers.

• Fuel Growth: Help grow Grillds retail portfolio across major supermarket customers ensuring our products continue landing in more trolleys and more homes across Australia.
• Build Relationships That Stick: Develop strong partnerships with customers manufacturers and internal teams to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
• Turn Sales into Profitable Success: Manage promotions pricing margins and performance making sure were not just selling more burgers and sauces but growing sustainably and profitably.
• Dig Into the Data: Analyse scan data sales performance and market trends to uncover opportunities influence decisions and keep us ahead of the competition.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Work closely with manufacturers and supply chain partners to ensure our products are always ready to hit the shelves when customers are craving them.
• Spot the Next Big Opportunity: Support category reviews ranging opportunities and new customer growth as we continue to expand our retail footprint.

Youll also spend time working alongside our restaurant teams as part of your onboarding giving you first-hand insight into the operations people and culture that drive Grillds success.

• Youve Got the Foundations: Youve built some solid experience in FMCG account management category buying or commercial roles and youre ready to take the next step.
• Ready for More Ownership: You might currently be an Assistant Account Manager Account Executive Analyst or Buyer looking for a bigger seat at the table and the chance to make a genuine impact.
• You Speak Retail: Exposure to Coles Woolworths or other major retail channels would be a huge plus.
• Commercially Curious: You love understanding what drives sales margins and promotional performance and youre always looking for ways to make things work better.

• Data Doesnt Scare You: Youre comfortable diving into sales reports scan data and customer insights then turning what you find into action.
