Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing client accounts coordinating recruitment activity and delivering workforce solutions across a portfolio of established clients throughout Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients
Coordinate recruitment requirements and workforce planning
Source screen and manage candidate pipelines
Liaise with candidates clients and internal teams throughout the recruitment process
Ensure high levels of service delivery and communication
Support onboarding compliance and placement administration
Maintain accurate records candidate information and system updates
Identify opportunities for account growth and business development
Work towards KPIs and service delivery targets
About You
Previous experience within recruitment labour hire account management or client services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional and solutions-focused approach
Confident engaging with clients candidates and stakeholders across Australia
