Job Summary

The Opportunity

Buildsafe is one of Australias leading height safety and access solutions providers partnering with many of Adelaides most recognised residential builders.

Were seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Adelaide team supporting residential builders and construction clients across the region. This role is focused on managing and growing existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to increase Buildsafes presence across residential projects.

Youll split your time between the office and site managing quotes follow-ups and CRM activity while also meeting builders on-site to understand project requirements and maintain strong working relationships.

Youll work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial enquiry through to project delivery.

This role suits someone who values structure accountability and long-term relationships.

About You

Youre commercially minded well organised and comfortable balancing office-based administration with regular site engagement. You take ownership of your portfolio communicate clearly and follow things through.

Youre confident dealing with builders and site teams and you understand the importance of accurate quoting CRM discipline and clean handovers to operations.

Youll bring:

  • Experience in construction building services scaffold access or hire industries
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A practical solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence engaging with clients both in the office and on site
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A current drivers licence (essential)

Your Role

  • Manage a portfolio of residential builder clients across South Australia
  • Balance office-based sales activity with regular site visits and client meetings
  • Support Senior Account Managers with client management and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate quotes bookings and project follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Buildsafe CRM
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet within existing accounts & growth with new clients
  • Maintain strong client retention through consistent service and follow-through
