About the opportunityReporting into the District Vice President Emerging Accounts the Account Executive is responsible for selling Dayforce HCM solutions to companies in their assigned territory. As an industry specialist and a member of the ANZ sales team you will not only sell but help customers take a lead in their transformation journey supported by Dayforces deep industry expertise and experience of managing similar customer journeys across different industry verticals. You will also be pivotal in developing solutions for clients that include increased agility insightful decision-making and strong return on this sales role is primarily focused on selling new business the Account Executive may also be responsible for selling to existing youll get to doRevenue GenerationAttain sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed revenue goals and expand Dayforces valueLeverage Dayforce internal resources and form a virtual team to develop account plansLead the territory and account planning process that develops account strategy financial targets and critical milestonesUnderstand the competitors offerings have a clear perception of the market evolution and be able to define the key differentiators of our solutions and servicesDevelop mutually beneficial relationships with C suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned vertical or geographyLeverage knowledge of prospects business and industry as well as Dayforces HCM capabilities to establish value and create new opportunitiesEstablish and execute sales strategies that effectively present a solid business case to prospects and using competitive intelligence to best leverage DayforceLead sales engagement and involves resources as needed to address prospects needs and business problem(s)Conduct negotiations on behalf of DayforceMaintain accurate and timely customer pipeline and forecast dataCapture all relevant information in CRM systemFollow all defined processes and timelinesKeep current on Dayforce processes and any relevant changesMaintain technical knowledgeComplete HCM Certifications and maintains product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of Dayforce HCM solutions and how they differ from competitorsEffectively communicates how Dayforce HCM applications solve business problemsSkills and experience we valueBachelors degree or equivalent experienceExperience in sales business development account management customer success SDR/BDR recruitment retail leadership or other customer-facing commercial rolesDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding individual targets KPIs or performance goalsStrong interest in building a career in enterprise software and SaaS salesExperience prospecting developing opportunities and managing stakeholder relationships is highly regardedHighly developed communication presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and business outcomesHighly developed sense of accountability and ownershipDemonstrated resilience curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to influence others and build credibility with customers and internal stakeholdersStrong organisational pipeline and time management skillsAbility to adapt quickly embrace coaching and execute on feedbackWhat would make you really stand outSolution selling with a sales hunter mentality able to open doors and to close dealsA team player with the ability to work independently while being managed remotelyStrong client focus and outstanding capacity to work well with multiple prospectsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills used in clear concise languageRelationship building at all levels of a client Executive to juniorAbility to understand the business value of an opportunity and sell on valueResilient persistent reliable and creativeExcellent Judgement Critical thinking and Decision MakingExcellent Time Management skillsCulturally aware and demonstrates high personal integrityFluent with Technology
