Your Westpac Journey

When you start

Youll join Westpac as a permanent employee in February 2027 giving you the confidence and security to focus on your growth from day one.

Throughout your program

Your graduate experience will vary depending on the business area you join with programs ranging from 12 to 24 months and including structured rotations specialist experiences and exposure to different teams and projects across the organisation.

Application Process

We know youre busy with uni work and life so weve kept our process as simple as possible.

Step 1: Apply Online

Submit your resume and academic transcript through our online application form. Once weve received your application our team will be in contact to and answer any questions you may have.

Step 2: Online Assessments

Youll be invited to complete a series of online assessments designed to help us understand your strengths and potential.

Step 3: Video Interview
If shortlisted youll be invited to complete a video interview where you can share more about your experiences motivations and what makes you an Uncommon Mind.

Step 4: Assessment Centre
If shortlisted youll attend an assessment centre designed to help us learn more about your strengths through a range of interactive activities.

Step 5: Offers & Feedback

Well keep you informed throughout the process and provide updates on your application journey.

Program Eligibility

You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait IslanderAND you are in your final year of study of a university degree OR completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree no more than 3 years ago.
