- Supervise and coordinate engineering teams to ensure project goals timelines and quality standards are achieved.
- Review and approve technical designs drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures to address deviations risks or delays.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies standards and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
- Manage resources including manpower materials and equipment to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project performance risks and key milestones.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering professional development and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills:
Has experience in stadiums 7-10 years of experience in engineering and project supervision with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory role. Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) or a related field is preferred. Strong technical knowledge in the relevant engineering discipline. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in engineering projects. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently. Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the discipline.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in project management Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
