Services Support - COOP

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support Customer Service Manger in day to day activities
• Coordinate with customers for repair schedule
• Support Customer Service Manger in Cash collection
• Follow up on Parts delivery
• Customer site visit and support customer service manger
• Support customer service manger during outage season

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Students in Engineering Industrial Production Mechanical or Electrical STEM major ( Science Technology Engineering and Math) or related engineering back ground
• Program duration is up to 28 weeks (up to 6 months).
• Active listener with good communication skills in English.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive with high level of integrity.
• Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction.
• A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
