ملخص الوظيفة
Organise and oversee school events including those for students staff and parents.
Be present on-site to manage the event setup and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Coordinate with internal teams including facilities security and external vendors.
Ensure all event materials and logistics are handled effectively and on time.
Submit post-event reports including photos feedback and insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Qualifications: A degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in event planning logistics and execution.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to be on-site and assist with physical setups as needed.
- Working Hours: Flexibility in working hours is required as some events may occur outside regular office hours.
