On behalf of our client we are looking for a Contact Center Agent to join their team in Riyadh.
- Answering customer inquiries via phone WhatsApp email and social media.
- Providing information about services packages promotions and events.
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
- Conducting outbound sales calls and following up on leads.
- Converting inquiries into bookings and achieving sales targets.
- Promoting memberships seasonal offers and additional services.
- Managing bookings reservations amendments and cancellations.
- Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experience.
- Processing payments invoices and transaction confirmations.
- Reconciling payments and reporting discrepancies.
- Collecting customer feedback and supporting service improvements.
- Ensuring data accuracy confidentiality and policy compliance.
- Collaborating with teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Maintaining professionalism and positive customer relationships
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English spoken and written essential for KSA family guests.
- Prior experience in a contact centre customer service or sales role (hospitality or entertainment preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM systems booking platforms and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong telephone manner WhatsApp communication etiquette and written correspondence skills.
- Ability to handle multiple channels simultaneously in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Confident and persuasive with both inbound and outbound sales conversations.
- Cultural awareness of Saudi family values guest expectations and communication norms.
- High attention to detail in booking accuracy data entry and payment processing.
