on Behalf of Our Clint we are looking for a Consultant Applications
Responsible for administering configuring and continuously improving the ServiceNow platform to support HR and IT service delivery. Gathers and analyzes business requirements across functions and translates them into effective application solutions integrations and process improvements. Provides functional and technical support across enterprise applications ensures system reliability and performance and contributes to application enhancements testing reporting documentation and the delivery of efficient secure and business-aligned technology solutions.
- Administer the ServiceNow platform day to day users groups roles ACLs notifications scheduled jobs MID Servers and instance health and keep it current through family upgrades patching and instance clones.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow using Flow Designer Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes and Service Catalog items; manage update sets and controlled promotion from sub-production to production.
- Administer and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery HR case management lifecycle events Employee Center knowledge bases and employee document management working directly with the HR function.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or a related discipline.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required or to be obtained within the first six months.
Preferred: CISHR (HR Service Delivery) CISITSM Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Law. 13 years of relevant legal experience. Strong knowledge of the major laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia particularly: Labor Law Commercial Law Civil Law Other relevant Saudi laws and regulations Strong ability to review analyze and understand contracts. Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
