ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a Cloud Systems Support Officer with 24 years of experience in IT support cloud systems or technical support roles. The ideal candidate will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support assist in system testing contribute to user training and ensure the smooth operation and performance of cloudbased applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for cloud applications.
- Assist in conducting testing for new releases and system updates.
- Contribute to user knowledge transfer and training.
- Assist in customizing the platform based on user needs.
- Help in documenting usage procedures and technical guidelines.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Monitor platform performance identify issues and generate periodic reports.
Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in cloud application support IT helpdesk or system administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of cloudbased platforms system configurations and customization.
- Ability to train users and document system procedures effectively.
- Familiarity with user management access control and security best practices.
- Experience in performance monitoring and reporting tools is a plus.

- مهارات قوية في تحليل المشكلات وحلها.
- معرفة جيدة بـ المنصات السحابية، تكوين الأنظمة، والتخصيص.
- القدرة على تدريب المستخدمين وإعداد مستندات الإجراءات الفنية.
- الإلمام بـ إدارة المستخدمين، صلاحيات الوصول، وأفضل ممارسات الأمان.
- يفضل امتلاك خبرة في أدوات مراقبة الأداء وإعداد التقارير.
