IT Project Manager
Rebuild 2 applications used in Christian Dior’s Store: ABC Dior app for Product personalization and Make to Measure Man for men’s suits.
• Coordinate people & define processes to deliver projects on time with the desired results (10 product teams of 3 to 4 person, from store teams, to manufacture to IT delivery etc...).
• Develop a project plan and strategy according to budgets (4M€) and business ambitions. Negotiate budgets with suppliers and top management.
• Define scope with business and prioritize MVP according to plan and budget.
• Define and coordinate Strategy architecture with architect teams through
different projects.
• Ensure constant communication and calibration between project teams and
other stakeholders.
• Monitor build progress, oversee finances, and ensure project quality.
• Manage risks to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with other projects to manage inter-dependencies.
• Animate a positive and constructive relationship with Business and IT teams throughout the project.

Prepare detailed project plan and processes to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities.
Prioritize the MVP according to the time to Market constraints.
Work closely with suppliers / IT teams to design appropriate solutions to meet project needs.
Ensure timely progress and achievement of project milestones and goals by coordinating different work streams.
Identify risks, and proposing mitigation plans, to respect the defined planning.
Ensure good communication between stakeholders, and provide a regular report on project status.
Product Manager
Rebuild the Customer Service backOffice of Laposte.fr.
Define the scope and the needs with business (Customer Service and Customer Relationship management).
Define the digital strategy and organization for the Customer Service (200p).
Collaborate with IT resources (PO, architects, experts) to decompose the epic into features and capabilities and help prioritize these backlog items in their respective projects and backlogs.
Participate in Safe and Agile ceremonies (PI P, demo, Daily, SP…).
Report the progress of the Epic to key stakeholders.
Help Product owners take leads on features, write User Stories, and build follow up.
Product Owner
Build an API to be used for data about equipment & Services in SNCF Stations.
Collect the needs and define the scope.
Manage Backlog and roadmap.
Write User Stories and functional specifications.
Implement a confluence tool for the project.

Project to harmonize Information System accounting and financial investment, within the technical department of the client SNCF Réseau, following the merger between RFF Réseaux Ferrés de France and SNCF Infra.
Write User Stories and functional specifications.
Ensure the end-to-end testing.
Follow-up the build in progress with different teams.

Launch and monitor the production of JHGroup's brand of clothing, within the e-Commerce ASAP PARIS.
Collect the needs within the different business units.
Sourcing and analysis of supplier’s tenders.
Planning and follow-up of the production of the brand ASAP PARIS.
Incident Manager
Manage Run incidents reported by Laposte.fr Customer Services: Prioritization, Monitoring, Communication.
Define new processes between business and IT teams to better deal with incident and emergencies.
Work on fluidity in relations between business and technical teams in terms of needs and constraints.
