Meticulous follow up on all shipments inbound/outbound (Regular and often activity due to high rate of imported items for the helicopters operating).
Preparation of exemption and express release forms for imported shipments (Air & sea).
Preparation of export letters requests for all outbound shipments (Air & sea).
Coordination with CC & FF company handling customs clearance and freight forwarding.
Coordination with insurance company (Mandatory local insurance for inbound items).
Coordination with Transport company (mostly Air France and DHL to move parts).
In charge of the Aircraft dedicated store (contains extremely sensitive and costly items for helicopters).
Daily temperature control of all storing facilities.
Prepared & approved store vouchers for all parts exiting the store.
Raise discrepancy reports for any arriving part with anomaly (which include rigorous control of every part before storing).
Raise scrap reports and conduct scrapping safely in coordination with HSE.
In charge of all GSE (ground support equipment).
In charge of Calibration dates (Gauges & tools) for all equipment and shelf life follow up on chemicals in store.
System input & output of moving parts from and to the store using ADS (Aircraft dedicated software).

Supervising the ongoing catering services.
Staff check in/out of the base and ensuring the well handling of clients complains.
Administrative work included human resource management of the company’s staff on site, periods of leave, absence, overtime.
Equipment store management for catering & Hygiene, documentation of in & out items.
Reception/check of all items before storage (equipment & hygiene).
Work cessation due to suspended activities in the region by Total Mauritania.

Geophysics: Magnetic surveys using magnetometer devices AG-856AX & AG-859AX (Base station) to acquire magnetic data on the field and the use of Magmap2000 and Magpick for magnetic data treatments.
Trenches sampling supervision and mapping.
Side tasks included purchases for exploration campaigns.

Worked at samples preparation division with the Mauritanian office of geological researches (OMRG) in Nouakchott-Mauritania.
Familiarity with machines like Qualinex; TM, LM2, LM5, Siebtechnic (ESSA), Retch (Quality control).
