Design, synthesis purification and characterization of of organic compounds for the lead optimization of new drugs, and process development and scale-up synthesis of key organic intermediates in kilogram scale. Design of drug-like molecules (prediction, rationalization and analysis of receptor binding, ligand similarity, affinity, molecular docking, and fixing problems associated to ADME/DMPK, evading off-targets proteins, and in vitro and in vivo assay analysis).
