Project Information Data Analyst
Provide support developing and maintaining the AGT PIM documentation e.g. specifications, procedures, templates, dashboards, guidelines etc. required to deliver project information on the portfolio of AGT projects in accordance with the GPO Project Information Management Procedure considering the local context and stakeholder requirements.
Support the PIM Lead Azerbaijan configure and deploy eBentley ALIM (Asset Lifecycle Information Management system) in accordance with the agreed GPO and AGT standards to support the portfolio of AGT Projects.
Support the PIM Lead Azerbaijan roll out eBentley (ALIM) and the associated procedures to all parties.
Highlight issues with contractor performance associated to the information transfer procedure to the PIM Leads and help overcome/resolve issues that the contractors providing information management services.
Define and implement a concession process utilizing BP tools to record concession requests and their outcome with operations associated to AGT PIM documentation with approval coming from engineering on projects and operations.
Define and implement a PIM management of change process to ensure small changes to specification such as new codes, validation rules etc. are captured, assessed and approved before implementation and update of documentation.

Creating of the Change Request within the Bentley (ALIM) and expoting Physical and Functional Ad Hoc register within Bentley (ALIM) as TDT.
Export project specific reports associated to eBentley (ALIM) and compare those against to AGT ECL and report the comparison table to PIM lead e.g. Attribute LoVs-All list, Locations etc.
Populate and develop document/data interactive user defined reports for Bentley/ALIM users.
Create, input/update tag itmes within related tags ( Parent tag, from tag, to tag) within eB (ALIM) as per TRF (Tag Request form).
Work with AGT Region IMDC Manager and Team.
Review tasks/ statistics and export data according to UMCL & ECL documents via Synaptica tool.
Use the Power BI to visualize efficiency progress on projects for top levels.
Creating Concession requests for AGT Projects keeing in trace and submitting for an approval of authorized persons.

Meantime check each commented document status and resubmit documents to contactor and subcontractor, generate reports which is not received by EPC contractor after review and comment process.
Accurately registering hard copies of technical documents, books received per transmittal within the excel spreadsheet, make a folder and keep scan copies of them electronically.
