Guest Service Associate
I used to handle about 1k guests per day (6hrs shift max). I was a team member and a shadow team lead. It was set of the TV show 'FRIENDS' for about 8 months then came sets of the TV show 'The Office'. My main role was to handle and assist guests in every corner of the experience and maintain show operations. We were responsible for sales as well as we wanted more guests despite going sold out major time of the day and despite ticket being sold online. I was promoted to being a lead based on my performance and communication skills I gained attracting customers to join no matter what. Also, I used to look out for IT side though it wasn't much but handle all the POS and fixing the software by contacting appropriate person related to it and fixing printers etc.
