Conduct business process analysis and identify critical issues and gaps for an established organizational process
Develop a road map for short and long-term work, manage prioritization, and monitor the work to meet the objectives
Developing KPI dashboards using Power BI
Build software documents, provide knowledge transfer to developers, verify the solution after it is built, prepare test cases and provide support after implementation

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: Build CRM forms, screens, and views as well as workflows and reports for the user interface
Power BI Developer: Develop and deploy dashboards, visualizations and autonomous and dynamic reports using various technologies
Chat Bot Developer: Experience in developing a chat bot using .Net Bot Framework and deploying it on a web application
