• Generate Daily/Monthly/Yearly and Festival reports by using advance excel functions. Prepare presentation in
PowerPoint & Dashboard as per the requirement of management
• To provide business reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, with accuracy and timeliness for all channels
by using any tools i.e. VBA, Macro, MS Excel and MS Access
• Monitor daily sales, inventory and generate reports.
• To monitor sales performance and provide executive summary to keep related parties up-to-date with sales trend
on a weekly basis for all channels
Work with reporting team and other impacted business units to continually improve current reporting, including
both the processes involved and reporting design
• Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and controls and maintain evidence in an effective manner. Lead
and/or assist with implementation of regulatory changes, industry best practices, and internal risk and control
policies
• Assist team to produce accurate and timely reports
• Continually stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for investment reporting
• Facilitate the onboarding and product implementation process
• Supervision on the day to day client reporting team
• Ensure processes are documented and the controls are functioning
