Strategic PMO and Project Controls Director with more than 30 years of international experience leading portfolio governance, integrated project controls, and executive performance management across complex EPC, industrial, energy, infrastructure, and capital-investment programs throughout the UAE, Europe, Canada, Africa, and Asia.
