Junior Data Scientist with experience in full-stack engineering and machine learning. Worked on building a customer service chatbot pipeline with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational LLM components in Egyptian Arabic, and contributed to newsfeed personalization, backend services, and full-stack proof-of-concepts. Currently pursuing an MSc in Computer and Systems at Alexandria University and holds a BSc in Computer and Communications Engineering.
Creating a pipeline of models to build a customer service chatbot.

Designed and implemented an application using Node JS, AWS RDS (PostgreSQL), and SageMaker to support the functionality needed by the ML model.
