I’m Talha Nadeem, a software engineer focused on backend systems and full-stack development. I work mainly with Node.js, React, and MongoDB, building applications that handle real users and real workflows. At the Dubai Medical Research Forum, I developed and deployed a system used by over a thousand users and built internal tools that reduced manual work and improved processing speed.
My work centers on designing APIs, structuring scalable systems, and turning messy business processes into clean, automated flows. I’ve built CRM systems with lead tracking, task management, and reporting, along with systems that handle data-heavy operations with consistent performance.
I have experience in Building AI Systems with MERN stack to automate many redundant works increasing efficiency
I focus on writing code that is maintainable, efficient, and aligned with how systems actually get used in production.
<p>Developed and deployed a production-grade web application using React and Node.js serving 1000+ concurrent users<br>
Built 5+ internal tools reducing manual workflow effort by ~40%<br>
Designed and maintained 20+ REST API endpoints supporting real-time data processing<br>
Improved operational efficiency of event workflows, reducing processing time by ~30%<br>
Managed deployment pipelines and system integrations across multiple internal platforms</p>
