<p>Built a fraud management system using clustering to detect anomalous merchant behavior and transaction patterns.</p><p> Built Spark/Hudi (Bronze/Silver/Gold) pipelines feeding calibration models to tune rule weights and clustering to surface new rule candidates, both based on false-negative (missed fraud) patterns.</p><p> Built CSR Tools, a multi-channel support automation system (WhatsApp, Slack, Jira, voice agent) on a local LLM.</p><p> Finetuned a Roman Urdu neural TTS model, rewriting the grapheme-to-phoneme rule engine and cleaning a 150k-entry pronunciation dictionary.</p>
