I am a Cloud & ICT Engineer student with a strong passion for cloud technology, automation, and AI. I have practical experience developing solutions in networking, Windows/Linux servers, and IT security, and I am certified in Microsoft AZ-900. With a broad foundation in Azure, AWS, and cloud services such as IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, as well as scripting in PowerShell and Python, I maintain a personal lab featuring Docker containers and self-hosted NAS for containerization and network testing. I am driven to create secure, scalable, and automated IT environments. Since September 2025, I have been working part-time at Pixeltokig, where I have gained practical experience in domain management, web operations, ticketing systems, and deployment of cloud environments. I combine this technical competence with 17 years of experience in social work and coordination, which makes me communicative, solution-oriented, and confident in prioritizing and solving tasks. I find it easy to meet new people and quickly build strong relationships. I learn quickly and am motivated by creating structure, efficiency, and value.
Responsible for domain management and migration, including moving and transferring domains between different platforms and registrars.
Manage operations and maintenance of websites, including continuous monitoring, optimisation, and improvement to ensure performance and availability.
Work with ticketing systems for support, incident reporting, and follow-up of customer cases.
Deploy, configure, and set up cloud-based environments and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web, domains, and IT infrastructure.
Hold operational responsibility for planning and organising activities according to the operational plan and overall objectives.
Lead personnel management, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and daily supervision of staff.
Manage financial responsibilities such as monthly budgeting, purchasing, cost control, and reporting to the unit manager.
Act as main contact for schools, police, field workers, and other external stakeholders.
